Welcome to ZEAAM. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZEAAM’s websites, platforms, AI-powered tools, SaaS products, enterprise solutions, APIs, and related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

ZEAAM may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access or use certain Services and features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
ZEAAM is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Interfere with or disrupt systems, servers, or networks.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the platform,AI models,Solutions or Services.

- Will not make Security Breach of the Services, Systems and Data.
ZEAAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. AI-Powered Services
When using AI features:
- Outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate.
- AI results are provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
Customer data is not used to train public or third-party AI models without explicit consent.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
ZEAAM processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), where applicable.
Enterprise clients remain the Data Controller of their data. ZEAAM acts as a Data Processor or Service Provider.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services—including software, AI systems, Service Systems,contents,trademarks, Logos,Slogans,Designs,Looks and Branding—belong to ZEAAM or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. ZEAAM is not responsible for:
- Third-party content, products or services.
- Downtime or issues caused by external providers.
Use of third-party Services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)
Certain Services may require Fees payment or Subscription. You agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees.
- Provide accurate billing information.
- Comply with pricing and billing terms presented at purchase.
- Any Fees or Subscriptions paid by you are non-refundable.
- You accept and consent ZEAAM’s No-refund Policy.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
10. Service Availability
ZEAAM strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to:
- Maintenance or upgrades.

- External dependencies.

ZEAAM may suspend or terminate your access:

ZEAAM disclaims all warranties, including:
